Students learn Siu Nim Tau (Little Idea), the beginning form of the Wing Tsun system, and its applications.

Chi Sau (Sticky Hands)
Students learn to absorb or dissolve an attacker’s force and reverse it, using as little energy and effort as needed while remaining efficient and effective.
09–12
9th through 12th grades
Advanced Instructor Levels
Advanced Chi Sau, in which students develop more aggressive fighting techniques.
At higher grades, techniques become more advanced. Training at this level and beyond develops practitioners’ ability to defend against unarmed, armed, and multiple opponents.
